What are engine diagnostics?
Engine diagnostics are the diagnosis and repair of electrical faults in cars and other vehicles. This is done by connecting a device to your car’s ECU which can read the fault codes it produces, which are what trigger the warning lights on your dash. Using tools from BOSCH and Sykes – Pickavant, we have the ability to identify and fix problems associated with engine diagnostics.

I have a warning light on my dash, what should I do? 
If a yellow warning light appears on your dash it means that there is something not working correctly, so bring your car to our expert diagnostics team at Dave Coles Garage, and we can diagnose the fault for you. If the warning light on your dash is red (or in some cars if it is blinking when it was previously static) the problem may be more serious so don’t drive your car – call us, and we’ll advise you on what you should do next.
